Our fully funded innovation programme focuses on shaping you into a social innovator, and enabling you to work in strong teams to create lasting solutions to one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals ( UN SDGs ). We specialize in forging strong regional teams and supporting them during their initial phases of running an impact company. By pushing the frontiers of online working, we bring together youths from across Southeast Asia to unite in their efforts to creating viable startups addressing pressing issues in the world.

- A Driven Team: You do not need to worry about finding people who are as passionate as you to tackle an issue – leave it to us. We will provide you with driven team members from across Southeast Asia
- Knowledge: We have developed our own curriculum and knowledge bank to help you create a startup from scratch. We keep a look out for the latest development in the space so that you get access to the best that we have to offer.
- Fully Funded Trip to Singapore: We will fly you to Singapore at the end of the online programme where you will meet your teammates and work on your ideas together. You will also get the chance to participate in workshops and explore the country!
- Mentorship: We have a network of domain experts and experienced mentors to help you along your innovation journey. Rest assured that you will get the guidance and wisdom when needed.
- Network and Community: We have established a wide network of businesses and social enterprises you can learn from. Together with our Earthpreneurs community, we ensure that you are able to get all the help that you need to create a successful start-up.
What You Give
- Work in a Team: You will be put into regional teams in our programme. We are looking for open minded people who respect different cultures. You should be willing to understand different walks of life with the intention of creating a positive impact, together.
- Time: We require you to dedicate around 15-25 hours a week to the programme between February 2019 and July 2019, and to continue working on the start-up after the programme has ended.
- Willing to Learn: We don’t expect you to know and be able to do everything. We do need you to bring your best into the programme and pick up skills along the way.
- Passion: We need you to be passionate about tackling sustainability issues (any of the 17 SDGs) and the desire to create a better future!
- Working Online:As majority of our programme is online, we require you to work online with a team from all over SEA. A stable internet connection would be great. If this is an issue, do reach out to us in the application and we will figure out how to work around this.
- Drive & Perseverance: We want driven youth who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, and bold enough to actually do it.
Eligibility:
- 18 – 25 years old’s (we do encourage slight rule-breaking for those over 25)
- Residents of (or those born in) Southeast Asia
- Those with a passion for sustainability and/or their areas of expertise
- Those willing to apply as an individual to work in a diverse team of 3 co-founders
