Opportunities to learn
After a three-month rotation, you will spend 12 months within one of our three key business units in order to gain a more thorough understanding of what we do. You’ll receive continuous support and learning opportunities, including a chance to complete your CFA level 1, so we can identify where you can help grow our business.
An Out of the Ordinary programme
All our graduates will initially work on rotation within our Corporate and Institutional Banking, Wealth & Investment and Private Banking units.
