For 24 months, you will get to work in different positions and projects. The programme includes individual career development supported by your manager and personal senior mentor, technical and personal development trainings, go out and see activities, as well as common graduate projects.

Eligibility:
In order to be considered for this programme, you need to have completed your Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Software Engineering prior to the start of the programme in September 2019.
You are also very welcome to apply in case you have already graduated, as long as you don’t have more than one year full-time working experience by the start of the programme.
Lastly, you need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
