Can you envisage yourself at the heart of the action for HEINEKEN, creating iconic campaigns such as HEINEKEN ‘Worlds Apart’ and ‘Now You Can’ alternatively, do you have the passion and determination to ensure the quality of our products from ‘Barley to Bar’ or co-ordinating how we collect 30% of the UKs apples to then make our own ciders from Old Mout to the award winning Strongbow? If you’ve got drive and a sense of adventure you might be just the person we’re looking for to join our journey.
Our 24 month rotational Leadership graduate programme requires you to be flexible, self-sufficient, open to feedback and willing to challenge yourself. You’ll get in-depth experience of our business, a good understanding of our operations and the support to be a leader of tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of functions over the two years, with the aim of building a great network and fountain of knowledge for your future at Heineken!
So what will the 24 months look like? You will have 4 x 6 months placements, covering key areas for our business such as Customer Service & Logistics, Off Trade, On Trade, Marketing, IT, Finance, and HR – just a few of the exciting areas you could be working in! Our main offices are in London and Edinburgh, and our UK graduate opportunities are as diverse as our Brands, therefore it is essential you are nationally mobile.
