THE 4TH AMANI TRAINING FOR AFRICA
Loei Province, Thailand
15 – 28 February 2020

“Peace of mind and Happiness at no cost!”

Come, let’s take a walk, and see through the rush and bustle for another goal, if happiness and peace of mind really lie there. If not; then where is it? What do we miss when we are constantly rushing in life; never quite getting the hang of it?

Come, discover, in 2 weeks what it means to really live from your core. Whenever we are looking outwards for solutions to our issues and concerns, we miss the fundamentals of humanity that make us whole unconditionally.

In yet another training, WPI brings together young leaders from Africa, willing to rethink their existence and their space in leadership from within. These are society champions, who believe that true peace and happiness starts with oneself.

Are you still reading? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for. The training introduces you to yourself through the ancient practice of meditation, the art of self-discovery and self-empowerment, as well as group dynamics and sharing.

Objectives:

This training provides you with:

  • Tools and practices to nurture your inner peace, good habits and mindful leadership skills such as self-discipline, mental clarity, and compassion. Those tools are destined to take you to the next level of your overall performance.
  • A space to connect, share and learn among other young people from across the continent. This is an opportunity to awaken the pan-African spirit and collaboration in your projects for sustainable peace and positive development in Africa and the world.
  • An opportunity to inspire your community as a Peace Agent: A Peace Agent is an active peace builder who guides others in the endeavor of building sustainable peace starting with their own practice and community sharing.

Program:

  • The training starts with 42 Days online Self-development Program on our interactive platform providing you with the basic theory and practice; to cultivate your inner peace, and unlock your latent potentials.
  • The training offers 2 weeks intensive training program providing participants with deeper insights in the relationship between mindfulness meditation and various skills necessary for improving personal well-being, living in the present moment, and nurturing healthy and fruitful relationships.

Participants will learn the benefits of meditation in relation to:
